Yes, consumer court decisions can be challenged or rather we should say appealed. Section 15 of the consumer protection act 1986 provides for the right to consumers for appealing against the decision of the District Forum to the State Commission. Section 19 of the consumer protection act 1986 provides for the appeals against the decisions of the State Commission to the National Commission. Section 23 of the consumer protection act provides for the appeals against the decisions of the National Commission to the Supreme Court.
