It all depends upon the profile of the advocate you select. Nominal Court fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged by Karnataka Family Courts. The advocate may charge between Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 2,50,000/- depending upon complicity of case and further you have to pay a minimum of Rs. 1,000/- to the advocate appearing on the date of each hearing.
